Designed by NY Building Associates and developed by Yirtzchok Katz of Developing NY State, the 126,478-square-foot structure yields 185 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts with an average scope of 679 square feet, as well as a 35-foot-long rear yard and enclosed parking for 88 vehicles and 93 bicycles. The residential program will include 56 units designated for affordable housing. The property is located at the corner of Grand and Lorimer Streets.
